ARCH events over the past year included an entertainment evening in October with Meaghan Blanchard and Vintage 2.0 at the Crapaud Community Hall, a series of workshops on Liability, Insurance and Food Safety, and another series of discussion on “Keeping Your Hall Alive” facilitated by Ann Wheatley of the Cooper Institute. We also had our 2nd annual lottery. Thanks to all those halls and businesses who donated the fantastic prizes. Please click on “3 Prize Packages” below to see the donations.
The winners were: Prize Package #1- Rose Cheverie, Prize Package #2- Hannah MacDonald, Prize Package #3- Grace Blackette. The Association of Rural Community Halls would like to thank everyone who supported the lottery.
Our annual meeting was held in April – Board members include Aaron Gauthier, Wayne Corrigan, John Baird, Shari MacDonald, Trudy MacDonald and Leonard Russell.
